Rachel works closely with your student throughout high school, with the bulk of the support beginning in junior year through final decisions, offering dedicated one-on-one support that includes:

The College List and Guided Essay Package
$1,250 Fixed Rate
This popular mid-tier package combines Rachel’s expertise in building a balanced, personalized college list with dedicated essay support—perfect for families who want high-quality guidance without the full comprehensive investment.
Here’s how it works: I conduct a deep-dive assessment to curate a thoughtful list of schools, ensuring a strategic mix of reach, target, and safety options tailored to your student's unique profile. From there, I provide hands-on mentorship through the writing process. Your student will receive structured, warm feedback on their main personal statement and all supplemental essays, focusing on storytelling, clarity, and authentic voice while minimizing the pressure of deadlines.
The package includes up to three rounds of detailed, professional review for each essay, helping your student polish their narrative until it shines. You’ll receive clear, actionable guidance that empowers your student to master the actual writing—ensuring every final submission remains 100% their own voice and hard work. If you later decide to upgrade to the Comprehensive Package, the full $1,250 paid for this package will be credited toward that total cost.

$250 per hour (4-hour minimum)
